Give real-world entities a consistent model
Normalize products, assets, organizations, locations and attributes so teams can search and compare like with like.
We design data platforms that collect structured business records, preserve meaningful change over time, assess source quality and make the resulting knowledge useful in search, reporting and carefully governed AI workflows. Our strongest reference domain is maritime asset data—an approach that transfers to other industries with complex products and markets.
Useful intelligence depends on how records are collected, connected, checked and interpreted. If a platform overwrites every change, hides uncertainty or treats every source as equally reliable, its charts and AI outputs will inherit those weaknesses.
Normalize products, assets, organizations, locations and attributes so teams can search and compare like with like.
Capture where an observation came from, when it was seen, how it was matched and whether it passed the relevant quality rules.
Retain selected price, status and visibility events so trends can be reconstructed without confusing an old value with the current one.
We tailor source connectors and validation to each client’s rights, business model and operational reality. Data access and coverage are explicit project decisions—not something an AI model can safely assume.
Capture structured platform activity, customer datasets and authorized partner or public-source observations.
Standardize identities, categories, units, currencies, locations and timestamps into a governed data model.
Store current records alongside selected immutable events and source lineage, with deduplication rules.
Apply match-quality and review gates. Keep uncertain, partial or unavailable evidence distinct.
Power search, dashboards, analytics and AI outputs that show their evidence and limits.
Some projects need one reliable industry database. Others need a complete chain from source ingestion through market analysis, long-term history and identity resolution.
Domain-specific records, taxonomies, attributes, relationships, validation, import workflows and governed administration.
Explore industry databases →Comparable observations, price context, supply signals and decision-ready reporting with explicit evidence thresholds.
Explore market intelligence →Event capture, point-in-time reconstruction, retention, audit trails and analytics that respect what each event means.
Explore historical data systems →Resolve products, models, aliases, organizations and their relationships into a traceable knowledge layer with confidence and provenance.
Explore knowledge graphs →Use AI for classification, identity resolution, extraction and analysis—then validate structured outputs, attach sources, meter usage and keep consequential decisions reviewable.
Vessels combine highly variable specifications, model identities, locations, listings and changing market signals. A robust data system must distinguish the underlying asset from the listing that represents it—and distinguish asking-price history from evidence of a completed transaction.
Separate identity, specifications, equipment and listing lifecycle. Use a central mirror contract and an allowlist so synchronized tables and fields stay explicit.
Capture asking-price changes, status transitions and public-visibility intervals. Repeated syncs update the current mirror; they do not pretend every field has a complete immutable snapshot history.
Quarantine new or changed records for review, preserve approval revisions, and omit sensitive account identifiers from the intelligence copy where they are not needed.
Important distinction: an asking price is not a sale price, and a listing marked sold or removed does not by itself prove a transaction amount. We make these semantic boundaries part of the data model and analysis.
Our maritime reference work includes a gated AI-assisted vessel assessment workflow. It separates model identity research from price analysis, validates structured outputs and keeps source evidence attached to the result. It is not represented as a generally available autonomous valuation product.
Use broker-supplied details and images as inputs, with clear ownership and privacy boundaries.
Normalize manufacturer and model, check aliases and generation, and label matches exact, similar or unresolved.
Use attributable observations; distinguish verified exact comparables from partial or uncertain matches.
Apply deterministic currency normalization for dated evidence and require sufficient eligible samples.
Return a supported range, confidence and evidence; a professional makes the final decision.
Automated assessments do not silently change a listing or turn an asking price into a claimed sale. External feeds and research sources are enabled only where access rights, data quality and the project scope support them.
We work from the existing technical environment where possible and select components to fit throughput, governance, integration and team requirements. A proven maritime reference uses a modular PHP application, MariaDB data stores and AWS services.
Before implementation, we map entities, source rights, update frequency, historical depth, data owners, consumers, integrations and decisions the platform must support. That prevents a costly data lake with no trusted way to answer business questions.
Identify system owners, data permissions, quality issues, required approvals and downstream consumers.
Decide which system owns each current fact, which events are retained and how confidence is represented.
Choose one valuable dataset and decision workflow, then validate it before expanding coverage or automation.
Tell us which records you have, what keeps changing and which decisions are hard to make today. We will help define a data platform scope with clear sources, evidence rules and a practical first release.
